4. Payment and Fees

All fees for our services are clearly stated prior to booking. Payments must be made in full before any work is commenced and fees are exclusive of VAT. By placing an order, you agree to pay the stated amount.

We use secure third-party payment processors. We do not store your card details.

5. No Refund Policy

Due to the professional nature of our legal services, all purchases are final. Once work has begun or documents have been reviewed, we cannot offer refunds. Please ensure all instructions and documents are accurate before submission.

6. Turnaround Times

Estimated delivery times are provided at the time of booking but are not guaranteed. Delays may occur depending on document complexity, client responsiveness, or volume of work.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials provided by us, including reviewed or drafted contracts, remain our intellectual property until payment is made in full. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use these materials for any unlawful purpose.

Our services are provided on an "as-is" basis. While we strive for accuracy and professionalism, we are not liable for:
